Where to Play?

So, now that you want to play, where do you find a reputable server? There are some easy answers to that question. The first place I would point you is to the little link on the left hand side of every server - the LoGD Net one. If you have never clicked on it, you will find a list of active servers that meet certain basic standards. Basically, you will get to look through and see what you like in settings. All servers accept donations (Site Admin), and you also have a chance to donate back the developers by using the author link. If you like what you see, please support the continued development of the game!

To see what a server is like, I generally go straight to the Game Settings link. Look to this section to tell you how many game days per day, how many days you are safe from PvP, and how many forest fights per day. Once you have a feel for the overall game settings, then you want to look at the modules installed. These are the extra goodies that make the game so much fun. I also check the Warrior list (how many accounts are on the server) and the Daily News to see how active they are. If I am intrigued, I drop in and create a character.

Many players start off with MightyE's Classic Server. This server always has a good crowd, and features 2 game days per real day. You can turn your PvPs off so that you have a chance to learn the game and get a feel for the server. One advantage of playing on the Classic Server is that there is usually someone on to chat with.

If you looked at the list, you will see tons of servers, with new ones added just about every day. There are servers in just about every country and many languages. Some that I have tried (and can recommend as a starting place...)

No matter where you choose to play, HAVE FUN!!
